Service Delivery Manager

Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for overseeing IT solutions delivery? We’re seeking a dynamic Service Delivery Manager to join our team and ensure the seamless execution of projects across diverse sectors. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and innovate, driving success through strategic planning and exceptional leadership.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for tracking progress and adjusting as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Identify improvement areas within a business and recommend ways to increase productivity and enhance the quality of outcomes.
  • Ensure the members of the project take actions to implement the solutions on time
  • Successful delivery of project deliverables on time.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in implementing solutions in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Data Center and Networking solution in a Medium , Enterprise and Public Sector companies.
  • Solid experience in managing the project from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, risk management, resource allocation, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Ability to listen to customers and solve their issues
  • Possess effective communication verbally and in writing
  • Exhibit strong leadership.
  • Knowledgeable of MS Project software is desired
